Buying lead description: The nnpc/epc contract in respect of the work/contract/supply package is summarised below: (1) Qualified Civil Enginier/Suppervisor (2) complete civil works construction for all the plant including foundation, sound atternuation enclusures, structures, bunds, drains and pre-construction work as required.
