It can also directly extrude foamed profiles such as simulated wood-door line and kicking line, the effect is even better than single screw. The plastic steel door and window profile production line with the conical double-screw extruder, can process PVC plastic door and window profile, steel and plastic composite profile, profile cable perforated wire-threading pipe, decorative material and so on. Kicking line, door line, has two functions: decoration and protection. In house design, inside corner line, belt line and kicking line have the function of balancing vision.
