SCL-5020 system of GSM Monitoring is intended for search, interception and registration of cellular signals on standards GSM-900/1800 in stationary or in mobile variant. All system of the "SCL-5020" family provides the following main functions/features : On line monitoring up to 16 duplex GSM channels, Interception Monitoring and logging of GSM-850/900/1800/1900 communication standards in stationary or in mobile variant. Several SCL-5020 systems can be configured in a LAN environment to provide a near-exact physical location of the target and to form a Central Monitoring Station. Auto detects, decoding and recording of telephone conversations, network information in the system to the digital media (magnetic / optical). Automatic tuning of the system, with a possibility of scanning and recognition of control channels and communication system parameters. Target selection by different parameters: IMEI, IMSI, TMSI, MODEL, REVERSE MODE, RANDOM SCAN MODE, TARGET DISTANCE FROM THE BASE STATION, TYPE OF SUBSCRIBER HANDSET, TAGET DIALLED & RECEIVED NUMBER (PLMN). Scanning of GSM network parameters in the controlled area (Service Provider, Broadcast Channel No., LAC, Cell IDs, Signal Levels). Interception and Monitoring of Short Message Service (SMS) traffic. Monitoring of both forward and reverse channels (duplex conversation). Showing and recording to the magnetic media all network protocols of telephone conversations and other events in an inspected zone of a communication system with sorting by numbers and dates, file type etc. Direction Finding Equipment can be integrated with a digital map of the location into the System. Receivers management with neighboring cell details for network handover information. Switching on / off the recording of conversations, short text messages, data transfer, network information and other parameters. Showing a current status of receivers (recording/ scanning) and target numbers. Display of subscribers distance/location from the Base Station. Automatic decoding and deciphering of signals in real time. Navigating the sound records archives. Possibility of operating system on 12 V DC power supply available from the vehicle. Possibility of locating the target from a target tracking hardware. Reference features of each system are : Possibility of round-the-clock operation in an auto mode without the operator involvement. Simplicity of maintenance, which does not require a deep knowledge, either in the field of computers, or in the field of cellular communication systems. Provision of reliable reception of the information from channels of cellular communication systems with possibilities of noise- resistant coding. Usage in the hardware of systems of element base of the world leading manufacturers with highest reliability of the equipment
