Taking the advantage of advanced equipment, the company is presently producing 100% cotton compact yarn with a wide count range of Ne 32 to Ne 100. Adopting convergency technique, the compact yarn has changed the yarn from the appearance to the essence and its quality is obviously improved. Compared with the traditional rotor spindle spinning, the haireness is reduced by 70% (3MM and up harmful haireness is basically eliminated.), the strength is enhanced by 10%-20%, and the yarn levelness and twit are improved as well.
