Buying lead description:


I’m looking for a supplier who can provide “Embroidery backing� from mainly in china. It should be water soluble or heat soluble. (The paper or the polythene which is attached to the back of the embroidery should dissolve after the fabric is washed or ironed). Please let me know if you can supply the above.
