We offer project funding/ financing for manufacturing, infrastructure, oil and gas, development projects We represent one of the eminent British International Project Funding Brokers & Economic Development Consultants which has been in existence for over 15 years They have a long and successful track record in structuring finance for viable projects where, only too often, funding cannot be obtained by the promotors from their own banking sources. We source funds directly from International Project Funding Banks, Venture Capital Houses and Private Investors to tailor every client’s individual needs whether that may be Equity Funding, Venture Capital, Development Finance, Debt/ Loan Funding, Lease Finance or Joint Venture Partners. We have been involved in a wide range of International Development and Financing Projects all over the world. Once we receive a completed AC100 we will review the project and discuss in brief with several of our funders to establish suitability for funding and at that stage we can be more specific about the nature of the funding that may be proposed. If the client agrees to proceed we will require to conduct an " On- Sit Project Appraisal" and talk with the project promoters, for this we charge a one- off Engagement/ Retainer Fee of £1, 750 Sterling, we also require the client to arrange & pay for a Business Class Return Air Ticket and to cover the cost of suitable Hotel Accommodation and Transport for the duration of our visit! The Engagement/ Retainer Fee covers our cost in conducting the On- Site Project Appraisal and on our return to the UK the preparation and presentation of a comprehensive Funding Application in the format the funders demand and the attending of the necessary meetings on the clients behalf until an offer is forthcoming! PROJECTS: Infrastructure, Humanitarian, Energy, Hotel & Leisure, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Agricultural, Aquaculture, Shipping, Distribution, Property Development and most viable income producing activities. FUNDING LEVELS: Minimum application amount US$ 2. 0 Million, no Maximum. RATES: CIRCA US L. I. B. O. R. + 1. 5% to 2. 5% p. a. TERM: 10 years to 25 years. Our fees on a case by case basis, will be 1. 25% of the loan amount, payable on completion of each introduced client project, plus any other fees as agreed on an individual case by case basis. Fees will be transferred to a bank account of choice within 7 banking daysof receipt of cleared funds to their account- we can split this fee equally They also provide Complete Project Management, On- Site Consultancy, Early- stage Project Feasibility Analysis, Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Due Diligence Reports, Project Appraisal, Strategic Alliance & Joint Venture Partner Identification, Independent evaluation of problem businesses, Company Rescue, Selection of Partners and Acquisition Targets, Arrangement of Corporate and Project Finance, Arrangement of Re- Insurance Guarantees.
