It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from clover, nettle and silk-worm. The main compositions are chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, trisodium copper chlorophyllin cream. The bottle-green sticky color is soluble in water and all kinds of organic solvents. At PH 7.0 or above, it is green and stable. Application: it can be used in the coloring of wine, carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam, jelly, candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry, and puffed food.
