The fresh Chinese garlic will be started to harvest on May 20th every year. After 14 days' drying process and 3 days' processing, the first shipment garlic can be loaded on vessel on about June 7th. The new crop garlic will sleep until middle of August. That means during this period the garlic will be no germination problem.
