Sivtek Vibro Separator Machine vibrates about its center of mass and makes precise mechanical separation through multiplane gyratory motion. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weight attached on both the ends of the motion - generator shaft. Rotation of top weight creates the vibration in the horizontal plane which moves the material across the periphery of the screen. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing the vibration in the vertical as well as tangential plane. Angle of lead given to the lower weight with respect to the upper weight provides various spiral-screening patterns. Speed and the spiral -screening pattern of the material travels over the screen can be set by the operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency of any screenable material.
